Maurizo & Lorena Misiani were very hospitable. They made sure our stay was comfortable and that all our needs were met. Breakfast was served promptly every morning and was quite refreshing. I would recommend Nihonbashi B&B to anyone traveling to Rome. ----Darius
HI Maurizio! I was one of the guests that stayed with Darius last week. I just wanted to write to say thank you for the wonderful hospitality! It was a pleasure to stay at your house. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Rome is beautiful and I am so happy to have been able to experience it!

Hi Maurizio!
Yes we are well back home and much to our surprise our luggage was in our hands 20 minutes after we landed! Thanks for letting us into your home, cos it felt more like visiting you than being at a hotel (and we really loved that)! On top of that Rome was just great! We both threw coins into the Trevi fountain, so of course we will be back :) Hope you still run your B&B when that happens! I have already recommend your place to every person I know ;)
Well once more thank you very much to both you and Lorena!

Hallo Lorena and Maurizio,
as the year has passed, we often think back to our nice holiday in Italy, and especially in Rome at your bed-and-breakfast. In Germany, the first snow of this winter fell yesterday - the children are very happy! I lately scanned the photo we took with you - it is enclosed in this mail. Hope all your family is doing fine.
We wish you all the best in the new year!
Greetings from Andreas, Cornelia, Alicia and Cassandra

Maurizio and Lorena,
I'm sorry it's taken so long to thank you for your wonderful hospitality on our last night in Italia. It was a very memorable night. Lorena's cooking was delicious and her wine selection superb. Thank you Maurizio for the Woody Allen Bananas, I wish I could have stayed up and watched the entire movie.
If you ever come to New York, please call us.
Regards,
Pete & Christina

Mara e Matteo

Buongiorno! Maurizio & Lorena
We are Satoshi & Mika
We visited your B&B to learn cooking last Monday.
We enjoyed cooking so much with you.
That was a very delicious meal.
I think you are good chef.
We came back Sapporo city in Japan last Tuesday.
Today, my wife tried to cook "Vitello Tonnato".
But there is no "vitello" in market,
"vitello" is not so much popular in Japan.
So, she cooked beef. It was very good ,too.
I thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
I am very pleased with Roma and your home.
If I visit Rome next time, I'd like to stay your B&B"NIHONNBASHI"
I recommend your B&B to my friends in Japan.
Looking forward to seeing you next time.

Dear Maurizio,
We are back to our (colder) Canadian environment after an uneventful trip on Alitalia.
We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the B&B with you and your lovely family. You have made us feel at home and evrything was exceptional.
A special debt of thanks to Lorena, an excellent driver by the way, and to Helena. I hope you did pay Helena handsomely for the usage of her room.
We will make it point to refer your B&B to our friends visiting Rome.
Thank you for everything,
All the best,
Gilbert and Marie-Eve

Maurizio, Lorena,
Thank you so much for having us in your home. We did not have a chance to
get to know you very well, but we enjoyed the atmosphere, and your
wonderful hospitality.
We loved Italy and our time in Rome was too short.
Hope to see you again sometime,
Jason and Mikel

How are you?
We have returned to Japan safely.
In Rome, it was indebted.
A very delicious meal, the beautiful night view of Rome, and we cannot
forget throughout life.
I made the dessert which I had taught yesterday.
We remembered the pleasant time in Italy.
Thank you very much, it was.
You valued us. I appreciate.
We want to go to Italy once again next year.
Interest came out of me to the Italian cuisine. therefore -- I want to
study.
Please lend power.
At the last Fine till the day which meets again!

Last week, I stayed for a few days in Rome, Italy.
I was in Nihonbashi, a B&B owned by 2 italians, Maurizio and Laurena.
They lived in Japan for 6 months and they started a B&B in
Japanese/Italian style in Rome.
Maurizio speaks and writes even a little japanese.
My wife and I enjoyed it very much, it is located in the
south of Rome and can be reached by subway and bus.
So in case you need to be in Rome (and you need a nice,
friendly place) I would advise you to have a look there.
To avoid the standard hotel rooms.

Hello! This is Hiroko and Naoto in Japan.
We got to Hokkaido without any accidents. And we have to work so hard
from tomorrow again.
Thanks to you, we had a nice time in Rome and were satisfied for "B&B
Nihonbashi" so much. We talked to my mother about our stay in Rome. (where
we visited, what we saw, etc.) She is saying that she will go to Italy
again and go to Rome and other sities. Of course she will stay at
"Nihonbashi" every night.
Anyway, we do want to say "Thank you very very much".
Please say to your family.
See you....

Mio prode:

interessanti esseri umani come Voi.
Basta! Mi sono davvero rammollito - tutte queste smancerie non si confanno

Ciao Lorena & Maurizio.
Thank you very much for your kindness during our stay in.
We are happy too much because we stayed in your B&B and we
met your child, parents and friends include "Sylvester
Stallone".
So we like Italy so much and we talk everyday when we go to
Italy second time.
Because we bought nothing in Saldi.
When we came back from warm Rome, in our country Niigata,
snow fell and very cold.
Niigata is very famous for a land of snow and "Sake" in
Japan.
If you come to Niigata we take with you a factory of Sake
and a good restaurant of Japanese foods as you took with us.
We hope to meet you again in Italy or Japan.
Please tell ciao to Elena & rabbits too.

Dearest Maurizio and Lorena,
Hi! This is MAKIKO. Thank you so much for the lovely week with you!!
I really enjoyed cooking with Lorena, and all the conversations with each
member of the family. Maurizio, you have such hospitality! and Lorena, you
are a really really lovely person. You really made me feel at home.
I cooked Italian dinner for my family when I returned home. For some
reason, the pizza didn't rise very well and the gnocchi was too soft (I need
PRACTICE, that's all..), but they were very pleased anyway. They especially
liked the green pizza. I also added my little originality. Instead of
spinach, I used Nira, a Japanese leek (very green and very cheep. Nice!).
I still ought to cook pasta and risotto and anti pasto, I have a lot of work
to do. :-)
Lorena, if you have written a recipe for panna cotta, please let me know,
okay?
I hope I can see you again in a not so far future. Meanwhile, keep
Nihonbashi as it is and stay well.
My regards to your mother and Elena and family and friends.
Smiles and With lots of love,
Makiko
